Please arrive at Paddington station at 8:00am where you will meet our Golden Tours representative who will be standing by the ticket desk and then take your 8:30am train to Bath arriving at 9:56am at Bath Spa.
Bath
Bath owes its history to the hot spring water that gave the city its name from time immemorial rising from 3km underground and gushing forth at a constant temperature of 46*. The unique resource still flows through the ruins of the magnificent temple and bath house built by the Romans nearly 2000 years ago.
Open Top Bus Tour
Departing every 15 minutes from outside the station at Manvers Street this tour will take you to all the main sights including Bath Abbey, Jane Austen Centre, celebrating Bath's most famous resident, Assembly Rooms, American Museum, a country house museum set in spectacular grounds showing the American way of life from the 1680's to 1860's and Sally Lunn's, Bath's oldest house.
Roman Baths
Entrance is included to the unique Roman Baths and Pump Rooms. Regarded as the social heart of Bath for more than two centuries, the Pump Room is a striking neo-classical salon is the place to which hot Spa water is drawn for drinking.
